This two-day Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II training introduces you to Reiki as both a spiritual practice and a practical healing modality. Through attunements, guided instruction, and hands-on practice, you will learn how to safely channel Reiki energy for yourself and for others.
Whether you are seeking personal healing, spiritual development, or the foundation for a professional Reiki practice, this class offers a supportive and structured environment for learning.
All classes are taught live online via Zoom so students can participate from anywhere while still receiving the full experience of attunements, instruction, and practice.
Class Overview
Format: Live Online Training (Zoom)
Length: Two Days
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day
Instructor: Lynn Marie, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher
Location: Online from Youngstown, New York
This training includes both Reiki I and Reiki II certification, allowing students to complete their foundational Reiki training in a single integrated course.
The class combines lecture, discussion, meditation, and supervised practice so that students leave feeling confident and grounded in their ability to work with Reiki.
What You Will Learn
During this training we will explore the foundations of Reiki, including both the philosophy and the practical application of energy healing.
Topics covered include:
• The history and principles of Reiki
• How Reiki works and how energy flows through the body
• The Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
• Developing sensitivity to energy and intuitive awareness
• The importance of grounding, boundaries, and ethical practice
• Understanding the Reiki symbols and their meanings
• Distance Reiki and working with energy across space and time
• How to structure a Reiki session safely and effectively
• Practical techniques for clearing and balancing energy
• How to integrate Reiki into daily life for personal healing
Students will have multiple opportunities to practice giving and receiving Reiki, ask questions, and gain confidence working with energy.
Attunements and Practice
Throughout the training you will receive the traditional Reiki attunements (placements) that open and strengthen the ability to channel Reiki energy.
These attunements are an essential part of Reiki training and help students form a direct connection with the Reiki energy.
Practice sessions are integrated throughout the class so that students can immediately apply what they are learning and develop comfort working with Reiki.

• Certificate of completion for Reiki I & II

Students are encouraged to continue practicing Reiki after the class in order to deepen their connection with the energy and build confidence in their abilities.

About Your Teacher
Lynn Marie is a Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of Body, Mind & Soul Integrative Wellness Therapies.
Her approach to Reiki emphasizes integrity, grounded practice, and emotional sensitivity. As both a Reiki practitioner and mental health advocate, she teaches Reiki with an awareness of the profound experiences that can arise during healing work.
Students often describe her classes as supportive, thoughtful, and deeply transformative, blending spiritual wisdom with practical guidance.
Her goal is not simply to teach techniques, but to help students build a clear and confident relationship with Reiki energy that can grow with them over time.
Tuition
Tuition: $495
Deposit: $175 (applied toward tuition)
The deposit reserves your place in the class. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class date if needed.
Tuition includes all course materials, attunements, certification, and your Reiki manual.
Preparing for the Class
A few days before the training you will receive an email with:

• Suggestions for creating a quiet learning space
• Any materials you may wish to have nearby
Students are encouraged to bring a journal, water, and a comfortable place to sit during practice and meditation exercises.
